This is the MicroLine 320 Turbo 9-pin Dot Matrix Printer for your PC from Okidata. This improved version of the ML320 is designed for dedicated printing in the most demanding point-of-sale, automation, and utility applications. The ML320 Turbo has a variety of print settings that will affect printing speed of the printer. Super Speed Draft is the fastest setting for pure speed and will print 435 Characters-Per-Second (CPS) at 12 Characters-Per-Inch (CPI) only. There is also a High Speed Draft that will print at 390CPS and a standard Utility setting that will print at 300CPS. The final setting is for Near Letter Quality (NLQ) printing which will print at 75CPS. Print Emulations supported by the ML320 Turbo include co-resident Epson, ESC/P, IBM, PPS II, and Okidata Microline emulation. The standard interface included with the printer is an IEEE 1284 bi-directional parallel (cable not included). The ML320 Turbo is also Microsoft WIN95 Plug & Play compatible. The unit comes equipped with 64KB of RAM with a receive buffer of 28KB. Fonts supported by the ML320 Turbo include the following Bar Codes: Code 39, UPC A, UPC E, EAN 8, EAN 13, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 120 (A,B,C) and PostNet. Also supported are the following Code Pages: Standard ASCII; Epson Character Set I & II; IBM Character Set I, II & All; Code Page 850, 860, 863, 865, and 437; as well as BRASCII & ABICOMP. Paper types supported include Single/Multi-Part, Continuous, Cut Sheet, Envelopes, Card Stock and Labels. The paper feeders are rear and top standard, with an optional bottom with a push or pull tractor accessory. The standard tractor is a rear push with zero-tear and paper park.
